We do not change rates by the season, as we simply offer clean, comfortable lodging at an always reasonable rate.
That said, our rates are: $100 per night, $665 one week, $1260 two weeks, $1785 three weeks, $2100 per month.
We add State and County Excise and Transient Accommodations Taxes totaling 17.75% to the rental amount, and assess a single cleaning fee of $100.
